1. Art Prints and Pillows

1) Damaged/misprinted item

 If you received a damaged/misprinted/imperfect product, it must be unused and reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Please contact us (info@kamdesignhaus.com) and be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product as well as the shipping container.

 We don't accept cancellations and exchanges. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know.

2) Incorrect address

 If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

 If a customer wishes to re-ship a returned order, they will be responsible for any shipment costs.

 

2. Printables(Digital Downloads)

 Due to the nature of downloadable items and immediate access to files, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. But please contact us(info@kamdesignhaus.com) if you have any problems with your order.
