1. Art Prints and Pillows
1) Damaged/misprinted item
● If you received a damaged/misprinted/imperfect product, it must be unused and reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Please contact us (info@kamdesignhaus.com) and be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product as well as the shipping container.
● We don't accept cancellations and exchanges. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know.
2) Incorrect address
● If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
● If a customer wishes to re-ship a returned order, they will be responsible for any shipment costs.
2. Printables(Digital Downloads)
● Due to the nature of downloadable items and immediate access to files, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. But please contact us(info@kamdesignhaus.com) if you have any problems with your order.
