Art Prints and Pillows

1) Damaged/misprinted item

● If you received a damaged/misprinted/imperfect product, it must be unused and reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Please contact us (info@kamdesignhaus.com) and be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product as well as the shipping container.

● We don't accept cancellations and exchanges. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know.

2) Incorrect address

● If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

● If a customer wishes to re-ship a returned order, they will be responsible for any shipment costs.

Printables(Digital Downloads)

● Due to the nature of downloadable items and immediate access to files, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. But please contact us(info@kamdesignhaus.com) if you have any problems with your order.

2. FAQ

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts when purchasing a select quantity of a single item. However, bulk rate discounts do not apply when an item is already on sale. For pricing information, please email us at info@kamdesignhaus.com and include details on the product(s) and quantity you'd like to purchase.

Are there any exchange rate?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are produced, packaged and shipped out from our printing partner based in the United States(stocked in the USA, Spain, Latvia and Australia). Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak seasons. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide!

All of our products, however, will be viewed and purchased online in US dollars. The customer is responsible for all duties and customs. These vary from country to country. Contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.

How do I download my printables(digital files)?

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Confirmation might take a few minutes. KAMDesignHaus also sends you a download notification email.

Where to print digital printables?

1. Local print shops: Staples, Vistaprint, Costco or Walmart.
2. Online: Upload the file online to a printing service such as Nations Photo Lab, Staples, Shutterfly, Snapfish, Costco, Officeworks(AU) or Walgreens and have it delivered to your door.
3. You may print JEPG files at home.

I would like to print 8x10" but there are several files included in your item. Which file should I use?

To print 8x10" size, please use 16x20" file as they are the same ratio of the width and length(4:5 ratio).

Can I resell this digital art prints(printable artwork file)?

2) Printables(Digital Downloads)

●  You may print as many times as needed after purchase, either for personal use or to give away as a gift
●  Files may not be shared (either by email, file sharing websites, or other means), or given away as "freebies". The file is meant for use only by the purchaser.
●  Purchased files may not be resold for a profit digitally and may not be reproduced physically.
●  Files may not be used in any website, banner, blog, logo, etc. Please do not upload the full-resolution file to any website or blog. Purchase does not transfer rights.
